If you are not satisfied with our services, please telephone our internal dispute resolution service on 0800 481 0400 or write to us. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 7 days and endeavour to resolve it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, we are a member of the Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), an external dispute resolution body who you can contact by telephone 0800 347 257, e mail complaints@fscl.org.nz , in writing FSCL, PO Box 5967, Wellington 6140, via their website (https://fscl.org.nz/)
